Lynda Carey Paris is a 1995 graduate (cum laude) of Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts where she received a Bachelors of Arts degree in History, and a 2001 graduate of Suffolk University Law School (J.D.).

Ms. Paris is a member of the bar for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of Rhode Island, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Ms. Paris is also a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association.

Prior to attending law school Ms. Paris worked several years as a legal assistant at a law firm handling patent litigation and prosecution. Ms. Paris has been actively involved in several class and complex litigation cases with the firm, including Kirby v. Cummins, 05-2005-Ca-028401 (Brevard County, FL) (shareholder dispute for breach of fiduciary duties); In re Xchange, Inc. Sec Litig., 01-10332 (D.Mass.) (securities class action); Lapic v. Boston Coach Corp., 06-0896-BLS (Suffolk County, MA Superior Court); Blumer v. ACU-GEN Biolabs, Inc., 1:06-cv-10359 (D. Mass.) (consumer class action under M.G.L. c. 93A and Magnuson-Moss Act); In re Caption Colorado (recovering payments for overtime under federal Fair Labor Standards Act); Bodnaruk v. U.S. (recovering back pay in Merit System Protection Board action); Clark v. Nevis Capital Management, 04-CV-02702 (S.D.N.Y.) (securities case against investment advisory firm and managers); The Education Station Day Care Centers, Inc. v.
